I am seeking information on the ancestors and decesendants of Frank Ellis Smith, b: 1877. He was Chief of police in Ripley OH. His wife was Nettie Bess.
He was orphaned in infancy and when adopted assumed the name of Leland Nelson Boutwell( 1897-1943): His adpted parents were George Henry Boutwell and Carrie Matilda Hibbert. His natural parents were Nelson Smith and Miriam MacDonald. Any information on his natural parents would be appreciated.

He married Sarah Elizabeth Cook, abt 1892 or 1893 in Jackson County Alabama.
According to the 1900 Census:
Sarah Elizabeth Cook was born 1880 in Mississippi.
Richard Calvin Smith was from Jackson County, Alabama.
Their children were:
Meredith born 1894 , Lee born 1895,Stella June born 1900, Dorothy Mae born 1902 & Richard Calvin Jr. born 1906.
All from Jackson County Alabama.
Richard Calvin died in 1906 & Sarah Elizabeth remarried to Eli Smith & they had one child Wesley Smith.
Wesley was born around 1907 or 08.
Sara Elizabeth died in 1910.

Charles Calvin Smith was born 1866 in Tenn. to Nancy J. Smith and unknown.
He married Sarah Fauste daughter of John Fauste and Minerva Harper in 1885.
They had at least nine children together. Charles Everett, Calvin Cluster, Jesse W., Sarah Mary, Alexander E., Elzie Boyd, Ada Belle, Tultie T. and Tucker.
They migrated from Tennessee to Kentucky, from Kentucky to Madison County, Missouri, then to Douglas County, Missouri, then to Atchison, Kansas.
Some of the children moved to California: Charles Everette, Jesse W., and Elzie Boyd. Two of the daughters lived in Gage County, Nebraska. The remainder of the family remained in the Kansas/Missouri area.
Looking for family of Willard S Wilson. This is his daughter Jamie Wilson age 19. He died around Dec.15-22nd 1994 the exact date is unknown to me. He was born Jan. 1 1964. He was born in Maryland and my mother told me he was from Rockville. He died in San Diego while serving the military from unknown reasons. i wish to meet my family.
