My name at birth was Glenda House. I was born on April 17, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio. I was told my fathers name is Glen Or Glenn Lee(?) Young. He was stationed at what is now Ellsworth Air Force Base in Rapid City, South Dakota in 1951. Back then it was Rapid City Air Force Base. I was told that he could have been born anywhere from 1915 to 1932. I don't have anymore information than that. I have been looking for over 20 years now and still have no more information than I did then. My family doesn't have anymore information than that. Please, if you know of a Glen L Young born around the 1920's please contact me. Thank you very much!!!

Does that sound okay to you? I know we have contacted the cemeterys there but they won't give out any information, I guess because the information would be coming from a different country????? I'm not sure at all. Anyway, please let me know if this would be okay with you. Thank you and have a wonderful day today!! I was reading about the Francis House and Sarah Hammond that died of small pox, the information that I got was that they died within a couple of hours of each other. That is something I will check out see if we can find out more about it. I have a story about Seba Beebe and how he had his right ear cut off because he was aiding and assisting in counterfeiting one hundred Spanish milled dollars in base metal and knowingly passing the same. I can send you a copy of the story if you would like. You might already have it, I don't know. Anyway, please let me know about exchanging information. Thank you again,
Thank you for responding back so quickly! My email is firstname.lastname@example.org. That is the first initial of me and all of my children. I have 7, 6 girls and 1 boy. I'm sure your tree is awesome!! I am new to my heritage. I have a tree going on it too. I don't have alot of people on it yet but I am adding new people almost daily. I am definitely no professional with this as you will see, but I try to get as much information as I can on each person. You are more than welcome to get whatever information you would like from my tree. My son has a family tree he has been working on for a long time now. He has one side of our family, I'm not sure which one, but he has taken it back to Adam and Eve. He is very good at finding family from a long time ago. He loves working on the geneology! He was thinking about going into business doing this. He is really very good at it!! We have found out alot of information about the House family that I guess the House family really didn't want us to know about. They got a little annoyed with us. But that is okay, we are just keeping the information to ourselves now, or if anyone wants it we will send it out to them. I will send out a copy of the story about Seba Beebe to you today. I have to wait till my kids wake up so they can show me how to do that. I'm not good with computers and they are great with them!!
Your spelling and wording is great by the way!! I can't speak a work of French, wait, I can count count to 3 in French if that is anything, Lol, anyway you have a wonderful day and I will get those papers out to you soon about Seba.
Yes, that would be wonderful if you could get a picture of the headstones of Francis House and Hannah Beebe. We have a picture of the headstones of Charles House and Ida Mae Stewart if you would like a copy of those too? I believe my son has those. I will be seeing him the end of this week and will get a copy of it then to send you.
My children definitely keep me busy, there is no question there!! Ha! I love all of them and do anything for any of them! I adopted one of my grandsons in 2007, he is 9 years old now, I've had him since his birth in 2002. My first husband passed away in 2005 from conjestive heart failure. I met the most wonderful man 2 years ago and married him 6 months after I met him!! Quick huh!! He loves all of my children and myself. Between the both of us we have 17 children, 23 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. What a family! There is never a dull moment around here. They live all over the country now though. We have 3 children living close by us now. Anyway, I love genealogy too!! I have always loved learning about how people use to live and do things, especially our own family. I have found out some pretty interesting information. When Clifford's sister, Bernice, was very young, they had a very big scare. From what I am told back then, the indians were not so friendly and Bernice and her mom were home alone. She saw indians coming toward their house and panicked. Her mom took her out to the wooded area behind their house and hid while the indians were going through their house and destroying and stealing things from them. If they were in the house at the time the indians would have killed them. They stayed in the wooded area until the dad got home. They were too afraid to go back into the house alone! I don't blame them at all! Our history is very important to me! It is very interesting to learn what all they did and how they lived back then.
Who are the parents of George House? Is that information that he wrote about something that I could possibly pull up on the computer and read about? I would love to see alot of what he wrote about!! That would really be interesting! Are you directlly related to the Beebe family or the House family? I am directly related to the House family.
I am looking for my biological father! I don't know if his name would even come up anywhere as we are looking through information on our ancestors. From what I am told his name is "Glen or Glenn Lee Young". I know nothing more about him other than that. That information would have to be alot more recent, like between the 1950's and now. I have been looking for information on him for over 20 years now and can't find anything. I am just checking with everyone to see if the name sounds familiar at all. Maybe that sounds kinda crazy but I figure the worst that can happen is that no one knows anything about him. All it will take is hopefully just one person to say, "Oh yeah, I remember the name". Anyway, so much for him for now.
I love your picture on your my heritage page!! The baby is soooo sweet!! Just precious!! Is that one of your children or a grandchild?
It's me again, Glenda. I was looking and I have about 50 pages or so about the Beebe family. It is mixed with the Beebe's and the House family. Mainly the Beebe family. I will send these to you but it will take a little time to do this. My computer will only let me send a few pages at a time. I will get all of them to you eventually. It is pretty interesting! I guess someone from our family traveled all over and got information from everywhere he went about the families and put it all together in the booklet he wrote. I am going to be pretty good with computers after this I have a feeling, with sending out pictures and things anyway!! Lol. Thank you again, and have a wonderful day today!!
