Have no info. on George other then Sadie had a brother in Cheswich, Penn., now deceased. George and Sadie had, Fredrick Wood, Gail Wood, Yvonne Wood Brown and Virigina Wood Rehme all decease except Virigina of Fayatteville, North Carolina.

My late grandmother told me that her mother was known as Agnes not Agatha. She was married twice, first to my great grand father George Henry McDermid then to Brian Jocelyn Weller. Agnes and George had two daughters, my grandmother Gwendolyn and her sister Jean. My grandmother always spoke very highly of her father and step father but not of her own mother. The McDermid family came from Scotland and settled in Dunedin. Gwen married Maurice Francis Malone my grandfather.
