I'm trying to trace some distant relatives of mine. My great grand-uncle Peter Griffin was married to Hanora Foley from Listowel, Co Kerry. I've obtained a death certificate for a Hanora Griffin who died 02/09/1945 in Grenville Road, Listowel, according to the death certificate, present at her death was her grandson John 0'Connor. I would very much like to get in contact with this John O'Connor or any of his siblings or children.
John Hurey born c 1820, County Kerry, probably Abbeydorney area and wife Johann Flaherty (daughter of John and Mary), had sons Michael b c 1844, John b 1855 and Timothy b c 1861 plus several others.
After John's death c 1861-1873, Johanna and the sons plus one daughter migrated to Waterbury, CT to join two of her other children.
Timothy died 1883, Johann d 1889, Michael d 1892 (m Delia Church 1882, b County Kerry , and had a son Timothy b 1883),
John a politiian and saloon owner d 1926 leaving four children by two wives: John who resided Waterbury, Josephine who married Hubert Cooke and resided Waterbury, Thomas who died 1946, and Mary who married Harold Winter and lived in Kingsfield Maine, and had 2 sons, Harold and unknown.
John Church b c 1858 Causeway County Kerry (son of John Church b c 1813 and wife Catherine Fleming, grandson of Charles Church b c 1790 and wife Ellen Henesy), married Hanora Lovett, daughter of Corneius and Hanora (Halloran) had several children that migrated to the US - Martin, Patrick, Thomas, Bridget, David, Helen, and a few that remained in County Kerry - Sarah, Honora, Gerald, John, Charles.
Looking for information on Thomas F. Quinlan. His parents were Maurice and Mary Quinlan. He was baptised Jan. 16, 1831 in Kerry. He immigrated to the United States as a young man. That is where he met his wife Margaret. I would like to know about his parents Maurice and Mary Quinlan born Ahern. Any information would be helpful.

Their children are James , Cornelius, Patrick, Ella, Margaret, Mary and Ellen. Have them living on Coffeys Row in the 1901 Census. of Ireland.

I would apprciate any leads on Catherine Cremin married to James Cahill about 1865.
They lived and farmed in area known as Knocknahoe, east of Killarney. My relative is their daughter Honora b. 1870 who went to America 1897. What parish is Knocknahoe in?
The Cahills parish of Knocknahoe will be found under either Headfort / Lisbaby in census forms - as far as I am aware there are still Cahills in the area - check out the 2011 census and you will find them.
OK- I went to the 2011 Census and got absolutelu lost. Can you guide me to where I find Knocknahoe Households and owner names? We have visited with cousin Patrick and his family, also Mary Cahill and they are neighbors. I do appreeciate your reply!
